Our key Big Lottery funded flagship project, ‘e-Mentoring 1+1’ supports young people to build on their aspirations and gain knowledge and skills to help them move forward towards a career of their choice.
Our focus is on life sciences but we also help people to gain more generic skills such as confidence and study skills , which will help them start their career pathway. Our key support is provided through online mentoring, targeting those aged 14-19, from more disadvantaged backgrounds, however, we also offer work experience opportunities and career talks, to further enable the young people involved to make an informed choice in relation to their future. Further information about to apply as a student participant on this project can be obtained by clicking on the 'student' tab above.
